Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Spreadsheet Stack ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Digital Products
All products sold on Spreadsheet Stack are digital goods (downloadable spreadsheet files). Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template for your own business or personal use.
3. License Terms
Your purchase grants you: • Use of the template in one business/entity • The right to modify the template for your own use • Unlimited personal use within the licensed entity You may NOT: • Resell, redistribute, or share the original or modified template files • Use templates to create competing template products • Transfer your license to another entity without written permission
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our products or services to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others • Distribute malware or other harmful software through modified templates • Misrepresent the origin of our templates as your own original work • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or mass-access our content
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and billing support. When you purchase from Spreadsheet Stack, your contract for payment is with Paddle, not directly with us.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered via email download link immediately after successful payment. Download links expire after 5 downloads or 30 days, whichever comes first. Contact us if you experience download issues.
7. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, and content on Spreadsheet Stack are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use any purchased templates remains valid, but your access to download links, support, and future updates may be revoked.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that templates will meet your specific business requirements or produce any particular financial outcomes. Always review template calculations with a qualified professional before making business decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spreadsheet Stack, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Spreadsheet Stack is registered.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spreadsheet Stack is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
